Personalized Swigs and S'wells make the PERFECT gift. Plus, we can ship directly to the recipient with a note from you and pretty wrapping. Just let us know and we'll make it extra special.
Add on to any Swig or S'well product. Note: does not apply to S'well bottles with stone texture (including: purple garnet, pink topaz, and aquamarine)
HOW TO ORDER:
1. Select the color and font in the option boxes on this page.
2. At checkout, indicate in the order notes section what you'd like on your bottle from the following options:
- Name
- Single Letter Initial
- Monogram
- Zip Code
- Any Phrase
- Symbol (see example photo for wave and shell, but contact us if you have something else in mind!)
Don't see what you're looking for on the list above? Contact us for help and we'll work with you to create your perfect personalization!
3. If your design uses letters, let us know if you prefer upper case or lower case. If you have a particular preference for placement, size, or any other detail, please let us know in the order notes as well. If you don't, we'll use our professional judgement to make sure it looks great! Please note that thinner fonts like "Janda" look better on solid colors.
4. Please allow a few additional days to process. In a hurry? Let us know when you need it by and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.
Please note that some patterns may make it harder to see your design. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll advise you on the color selection and font that will work best with the product you choose. Additionally, if we are working on your design and think it may be more visible with a different color or font, we'll reach out to you with suggestions!

SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1-2 business days of your order date unless you select an expedited option at checkout. You will receive an emailed shipping confirmation & tracking number when your order ships!
RETURNS
Here at House of Lucky, we believe happiness is the best policy. We want you to love shopping with us as much as much as you love your purchase! In case you don't love what you picked out, please see our policy:
Full returns are accepted when postmarked within 7 days of your receipt of the order. For returns made after 7 days and within 14 days of receipt, store credit will be issued in the form of an e-commerce gift card. Due to the seasonal nature of our business, returns are not accepted after 14 days of receipt of order. Note: Lucky Likes Boxes are final sale.
Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping, and original shipping can not be refunded. All sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
