store pickup orders are held for up to two weeks. if you do not claim your order in that time frame, you will be refunded and the items will be returned to the shop floor. need extra time? we're happy to hold for longer if you get in touch and let us know!our pickup window is any time during current store hours. If you are planning to ship internationally, please contact us via email at email@example.com for special shipping rate information. SPECIAL RETURN POLICY: Returns for order placed from March 16th through May 22nd will be accepted up to two weeks from May 22nd. Customers can return within one week of that date for full refund to original payment, or within two weeks for store credit.
